Below shows a typical claims process through Cavalier:


Your insurance company advises Cavalier of your claim

Cavalier contacts you to confirm the details and carry out data protection checks

Cavalier will arrange a convenient appointment with one of our Renew inspectors

Visit takes place to validate claim and attempt restoration

If restoration is successful, you will be issued with a satisfaction certificate 

If restoration is not viable, our Renew inspector will validate the claim and offer home selection

Once selection is made, our Renew inspector will send the details to our approved independent local retailer

Replacement item ordered by our approved independent local retailer

Timed fitting appointment arranged at your convenience

Replacement floorcovering fitted and satisfaction note signed
